SPS-Stop Pollution Society
Who are we?
At SPS (Stop Pollution Society) we run eco projects and events to help raise awareness about environmental issues and promote sustainability. We are a small but dedicated team of 6-7 people and one of our latest projects is an eco stall, where we're raising money for the RSPCA.
In the past, we have done a community litterpick, SPS and the locals teamed up to clean the villlage and we were mentioned in the Parish News for our work. Members also get the opportunity to earn different awards and gain personal recognition for the eco friendly things they do. Our main colour, yellow, symbolizes the light we want to bring to the world by encouraging everyone to make environmentally friendly decisions
How can you get involved?
By clicking on the AWARDS button (below). You can send me a message saying about what different eco things you do. You will get recognition for your eco efforts, and there will be a shout out on the BLOG page!
I will not be able to reply, but I will be able to read the message, and give you a shout out
Projects!
This summer, we are excited to announce that we will be hosting an eco stall in the local community to raise money for the RSPCA. Our stall will feature a variety of eco-friendly products, including animal feed, plant seeds, beeswax wraps of different shapes and sizes and patterns, plastic bottle crafts, such as pencil holders, organizers, plant pots, hanging plant pots, and summer wreaths. There will also be a pot for customers to put their used ink cartridges and batteries in, and SPS will send them off to places where they can be recycled. We hope to see you there!
PICTURES WILL BE ATTACHED SOON!
