Summer Camper's Guide To Success!

Hi everybody!

It's officially summer! And many people, including myself, like to spend the summer enjoying the outdoors and going on camping trips! If you are a keen camper, then follow these eco friendly tips to help you along the way!

1. No need for all the lamps!

When camping, you have no access to a light switch, so you are usually stuck with a lantern or two! However, considering we are in the summer, why not give your torches and lanterns a break during the day, and use the natural light source of sunlight instead?

2. Don't burn too much!

We all love a good campfire to toast the marshmallows on, but fire causes smoke, and too much smoke can be harmful to the environment, and pollute the air. Why not take a break from all the campfires, and keep the air clean? 3. Clean up!

A simple tip but very effective! Rubbish doesn't clean itself up! Especially plastic, it is non-biodegradable! So before you leave the campsite, or wherever you are camping, make sure you leave the area clean and rubbish free, that way, the animals can thrive in a healthy habitat, and any other campers can also be in a clean environment.
